1. Vendor Approval and Access
All vendor accounts will be subject to approval by the Viom Trends admin team.
Upon successful verification and approval, vendors will gain access to their dashboard under the “Approved” tab after logging in.
Until approved, vendors will not be able to list products or access order details.
2. Right to Discontinue Vendor Access
Viom Trends reserves the right to discontinue or suspend any vendor account at any time, with or without prior notice, based on the vendor’s performance, customer complaints, quality issues, policy violations, or any other reason deemed necessary by the management.
Vendors who are found violating platform rules or engaging in unethical business practices will be immediately removed.
3. Eligibility to Use the Platform
Vendors must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must be at least 18 years of age.
By registering, vendors confirm that all the information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
Businesses must have the appropriate licenses or registration to sell goods in accordance with Indian law.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor on Viom Trends, you are responsible for:
Ensuring that all products listed are accurately described, priced, and categorized.
Fulfilling orders promptly and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handling returns and customer queries professionally.
Ensuring the authenticity and quality of products sold. Counterfeit or misrepresented products are strictly prohibited.
Keeping your account information, including bank details and inventory, up-to-date.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from vendor activity on Viom Trends will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, e.g., Surat, Gujarat].
6. Modifications to Terms
Viom Trends reserves the right to modify or update these vendor terms at any time without prior notice.
Vendors are advised to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
